Clinical Manager of Surgery
Education: RN(pending)
Experience: 2-4 years of clinical or Nursing experience. 1-2 years of leadership/management experience.
Duties of Position: Direct daily operations of all OR functions. Ongoing development of staff, oversee budget/resource management, promote growth and development of existing and new programs.
Qualifications: Excellent written/verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively (credibility) with staff and M.D. s. Experience with conflict resolution and change management.
