Clinic Review Pharmacist
Education: B.S. in Pharmacy and/or Pharm.D
Experience: Entry level. 2 years of clinical/managed care experience preferred.
Duties of Position: Responsible for clinical caution for coverage determination requests for prior auth (PA) or other utilization management (UM) programs including quantity limits, step therapy and formulary term exceptions. Consult with healthcare providers.
