SEC Director
Job Description:
- 7 plus years of Accounting experience with minimum 3 years in public accounting (big four strongly preferred.) and 4 plus years in private industry in a financial reporting function.
- CPA required, current GAAP , SEC, and Sox experience all must haves.
- IPO experience required
- Strongly prefer initials with retail and/or financial service experience.
Salary: $90,000.00-$120,000.00
