SOX Manager / Director
- Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or a related degree • 7+ years of experience in External/Internal Audit, with solid SOX and Risk Management experience
- Strong knowledge of COSO and Cobit • Prior experience in a professional services/consulting environment, with health care experience preferred but not required
- Ability to develop new business as necessary
- Ability to travel up to 25%
