Director of UM Program Development
Experience: Working knowledge of utilization management (UM) functionality. Previous managed care/PBM experience management (1-2 years). Understanding of step therapy and prior authorization.
Duties of Position: Responsible for development and representation of Prime's UM programs UM Development for Medicare Part D & Commercial populations. Maintain client delegation agreements. oversee quarterly reports & oversight of clinical review.
Education: Rph/Pharm.D
Qualifications: Excellent verbal/written communication skills. Good Organization skills.
