Nurse Manager
Advanced Cardiac Care position.
Must have a bachelor's in nursing. Strong experience in critical care nursing, in particular, cardiac, preferred, or very strong medical surgery nursing in a hospital setting. Previous charge nurse, assistant nurse manager, patient care supervisor or nurse manager experience of at least 2 years preferred. Would work in collaborative partnership with the associate nurse manager in staffing, performance appraisal, discipline, mentoring and education/orientation of RN's and other support staff on the unit. Would also be responsible for unit budget, forecasting, patient census, JCAHO requirements, audits, and all other functions designated for the nurse manager. Great Compensation Package.
