Nurse Manager Medical/Surgical & ICCU
Education: BSN required. Masters preferred.
Experience: 3-5 years experience as staff RN in Medical/Surgical (acute care) Previous management/leadership of nursing in critical care.
Duties of Position: Provide progressive day to day leadership of the department. Responsible for fiscal management of the operational and capital budgets. oversee quality improvement processes and regulatory.
Qualifications: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to problem solve and delegate. Collaborative approach strategic thinking and planning, team builder, resolve conflict and implement.
