Senior SEC Analyst
Job Description:
- 5-8 years of SEC reporting experience, preferably with a mix of big four and private industry.
- CPA and Bachelors degree in accounting or related field required.
- Must be well-versed in 10-K and 10-Q financial reporting, U.S. GAAP, et al.
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
