Software Developer
Position responsibilities include:
- Code and unit test business application programs.
- Debug programs as necessary.
- Maintain and modify application programs accordingly per detailed instruction.
- Review projects with Sr.Software Engineer or Architect for compliance to technical coding standards.
- Work with Design Analysts and QA Analysts to deliver robust business solutions.
- Use source management software to track coding projects and code changes.
- Support other development team members as required.
- 3-7 years experience in Software Developement
- Bachelors degree or relevant work experience
- Technologies: COM, web services Tools: VB.NET, C#, and Delphi (a plus) Databases: SQL Server, MS Access, OS’s: Windows 2000, XP and Windows 2000, 2003 Server,

Understands OOD/OOP methodologies.
- Ability to read UML a plus.
- Methodical problem-solving / troubleshooting skills, with ability to ask specific, relevant questions to drive to resolution.
- Possess strong communication, organizational and time management skills.
- Good to excellent computer skills and familiarity with MS Office applications (esp, Outlook, Word & Excel)
- Eager to learn and contribute.
- Understand the importance of a team environment.
