Senior Director of Benefit Design & Formulary Operations
Job Description:
Responsible for strategic leadership and development of benefit design and quality assurance teams and formulary and drug file operations. Support execution of key strategic initiatives. Determine resource allocation and provide staff oversight while maintaining electronic claims processing and formulary databases.
Requirements: Bachelors degree (Pharm.D. and/or MBA preferred)
5-7 years of PBM and/or managed care experience. Able to manage multiple projects and teams.
